This Class A office building owned by The Premier Companies needed new amenities to draw tenants and retain existing tenancy. Design Junction worked to design a new state-of-the-art fitness center and lounge cafe featuring coffee service and advanced vending. Situated off the grand lobby and first floor elevator area, the open concept invites users to step in and relax, enjoy a bite to eat with a coworker in the banquette sequence or catch a quick clip of the news on the lounge furnishings. The fitness center has a glass corner and overhead wooden soffit to lead people into the area. With cardio equipment featuring personal monitors and plenty of free weights and stretching areas, the fitness center offers something for everyone. High-end finishes were carefully selected to invite the building's users into its featured spaces and be sure that tenants felt valued and heard.
