RIVER LOFTS

The beautiful complex in Tobacco Row in Richmond, Virginia is a thriving mixed use project for Forest City.  These former cigar factories have gorgeous exposed wood construction with massive wood beams and columns and 14 foot vaulted ceilings.  Two of the 4 buildings had storage space not being utilized and were converted to 14 new apartment units.  New corridors and common area treatments were accommodated and provided for the project.   These highly sought after units will quickly be leased to keep the project at its ongoing 100% occupancy.
